The 14th St Martin festival and local-products fair LibaGaliba celebrates autumn hospitality in the Medzibodrožie region. Expect roast goose specialities, homemade products, crafts and folklore turning the village centre into a one-day fairground.
The programme typically includes craft demos, a goose-cooking contest, folklore and dance ensembles from the region and partner villages, living legend scenes and family activities. A new highlight is the evening lantern parade through the village after dark.
Supported by the Košice Self-Governing Region (Terra Incognita), the event is one of the larger autumn gatherings in the Trebišov district — a strong pick if you want authentic goose-feast vibes away from the big cities.
