The natural person operating the website https://www.najgastro.sk (location: Slovensko). Contact: info@najgastro.sk. NajGastro.sk is currently a non-commercial, free project — we do not sell goods or services, subscriptions, or paid listings.

NajGastro.sk is currently a free non-commercial project run by a natural person. We do not sell goods, services, subscriptions, or paid listings. The site is an information catalog and review community.
Scope of service
An information platform — business catalog, user reviews, map, and related content. We are not a restaurant operator or food order intermediary. Bookings, payments, and dining are handled directly with the venue.
Registration and account
Registration is voluntary; reviews and business management require an account. Information must be accurate. Protect your password. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Business profiles
The owner or authorized representative is responsible for accurate data (name, address, prices, hours, photos, contact). Publication requires approval. We may edit, reject, or remove profiles with false data, copyright issues, or legal violations.
Reviews and user content
Reviews must reflect personal experience and be factual. Abuse, discrimination, unverified accusations, spam, undisclosed paid reviews, and copyright violations are prohibited. One user, one review per business. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display content while published.
Moderation
We may review, edit, hide, or delete content that breaks these terms or applicable Slovak law. Moderation decisions are generally final; appeals may be sent to admin@najgastro.sk with reasoning.
Intellectual property
Platform content (design, logo, texts, database structure) is protected by copyright. Users and businesses retain ownership of uploaded content and warrant they have rights to publish it. Copying large parts of the catalog or automated scraping is prohibited without written consent.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" as a free hobby project. We are not liable for decisions based on reviews or third-party data (including Google Maps). The venue is responsible for service quality. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Slovak civil law.
Third-party links and data
Profiles may link to business websites, Google Maps, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content. Google Maps aggregate ratings are informational and do not represent NajGastro.sk's opinion.
Changes to terms
We may amend these terms. New wording will be published here with an effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or in the dashboard.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably by email. Otherwise, competent Slovak courts decide under general rules.
