An information platform — business catalog, user reviews, map, and related content. We are not a restaurant operator or food order intermediary. Bookings, payments, and dining are handled directly with the venue.
Registration is voluntary; reviews and business management require an account. Information must be accurate. Protect your password. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Any signed-in user may submit a business listing; after submission they become the owner of that profile and are responsible for accurate data (name, address, prices, hours, photos, contact). Publication requires admin approval. We may edit, reject, or remove profiles with false data, copyright issues, or legal violations. Profiles must not include unverified “best of” claims or misleading advertising.
Reviews and visit photos must reflect personal experience and be factual. Abuse, discrimination, unverified accusations, spam, undisclosed paid reviews, and copyright violations are prohibited. One user, one review per business. Visit photos require owner or admin approval before appearing in the gallery. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display content while published.
We may review, edit, hide, or delete content that breaks these terms or applicable Slovak law. Moderation decisions are generally final; appeals may be sent to admin@najgastro.sk with reasoning.
Platform content (design, logo, texts, database structure) is protected by copyright. Users and businesses retain ownership of uploaded content and warrant they have rights to publish it. Copying large parts of the catalog or automated scraping is prohibited without written consent.
The service is provided "as is" as a free hobby project. We are not liable for decisions based on reviews or third-party data. The venue is responsible for service quality. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Slovak civil law.
Profiles may link to business websites, Google Maps, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content. A Google Maps profile link is for navigation / place identity only — we do not copy Google ratings or Google Places photos into the NajGastro catalog.
We may amend these terms. New wording will be published here with an effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or in the dashboard.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably by email. Otherwise, competent Slovak courts decide under general rules.
